Terms & conditions (for offline/telephone booking)

These terms & conditions apply specifically to offline/telephone bookings. Go to the booking page for online booking terms and conditions.

Contract

When you book your stay with us you are entering an agreement. Please read the conditions below.

Deposit

All rooms are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room. However, if requested, we will try whenever possible to rearrange a booking for an alternative date at no charge.

Checking in

You may check in before 12 noon or after 4pm until 6pm, unless you make prior arrangements for a late check in.

Checking out

Please be ready to check out of your room by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Change of room

In the rare case due to unforeseen circumstances when we cannot deliver your requested room, you will be offered an alternate room with the same facilities.

Children

We welcome children of all ages but they must be supervised at all times.

Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking.

Pet Policy

Pets welcome only by arrangement. Dogs are welcome at the owners’ discretion (only one dog per booking).

Liability

We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to any visitor's possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or acting staff in the course of employment.

Unacceptable behaviour

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for a refund or compensation where you engaged in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. This includes smoking in the house.

Damage

Visitors causing damage to the property or furniture at the guest house will be liable for its full value replacement or repair.
